A real CRM, not a database. Each connection is bound to the workspaces you choose at sign-in and to the scopes you grant (read, write, delete). Anvil checks your role, record visibility and pipeline access on every call. A workspace admin controls agent access and write access in Settings → AI agents. Tools that delete data or change workspace settings ask Claude to confirm with you first.
