This connector lets you run your Heep account directly from Claude.

- Create your Heep account during the connection, then set up your venue from its Google Maps listing.
- Teach the AI: add facts to its memory (hours, terrace, allergens, policies), adjust its tone and instructions, add temporary instructions ("no terrace this weekend").

Run your restaurant from Claude
- Read and search conversations, see which ones need your team, reply to a guest, pause the AI on a thread.
- Look up reservations and guest profiles: visits, no-shows, upcoming bookings.

Safe by design Everything runs with your own Heep permissions; Claude only sees your venues. Every change is logged in your activity log.
