Optional multi-year projections show how a deal pencils out over a 30-year hold.
You can also search BiggerPockets' library of forum discussions and blog articles in natural language. Results combine semantic and keyword matches, each labeled with its source, title, link, and relevance score, so you can follow any answer back to the original thread.
