BOIM (보임) — Korean business finder

BOIM (보임) is a read-only directory of Korean businesses for AI agents. It lets Claude find real companies in Korea by region, industry and name, using public open data only.

What you can do

• Find businesses in any industry: about 2.7 million operating businesses nationwide (247 industry sub-categories such as food, retail, repair, education, healthcare, real estate, lodging, facility services, arts and sports), by province, city/district and neighborhood.
• Find local sign, printing and advertising shops by district.
• Search about 75,000 public-procurement vendor cards built from Korean government procurement data: 1-year delivery records by item, amounts, main buyer institutions and regions, certifications and data limits.
• Check live public-sector bid notices from Nara Jangteo (KONEPS), Defense e-procurement, LH, K-water and Nuri Jangteo in all fields (goods, services, construction), updated twice a day, closest deadline first.

How it works

• No sign-in and no API key. Free access returns up to 5 results per tool call; for the rest, the tool returns the remaining count and a free web list URL on boim.io.
• Every tool is read-only and returns public data with source links. Results are ordered by relevance or name; the order is not a performance ranking or quality rating.
• Data sources: Korea's Public Data Portal (data.go.kr) datasets 15012005, 15129471, 15129427 and 15129394, all with no usage restrictions. Updated daily.
