Club Planner

Connect Club Planner to run your fitness, wellness or sports club in plain language. Ask how many active members you have, which members have not visited in three weeks, how full last Tuesday's classes were, what August's revenue was per revenue group or which leads need a follow-up. Claude answers with live data from your own Club Planner platform.

With your administrator's permission, selected staff can also make changes: for example book or cancel reservations, create or cancel classes, add leads, pause or stop memberships, create invoices and record payments, or send members an e-mail or SMS. Claude asks for confirmation before every change, and each change is recorded in the audit log.

How it works: when you connect, you enter the address of your Club Planner platform and sign in there with your own staff account. You only see and do what your role allows in Club Planner, for the clubs you have access to. Bank account numbers, card numbers, health data and dates of birth are never shared.

Your club stays in control: an administrator switches AI connections on, decides per staff member who may make changes, sees every connected app and its recent requests, and can revoke a connection at any time.
