FiTin

FiTin（ファイティン）は、筋トレとランの記録アプリです。このコネクタで、あなた自身の記録をClaudeとの会話で振り返れます。アプリで許可すれば、記録の追加・編集もできます。

【読み取り】

• 「今週のトレーニングをまとめて」「ベンチプレスの推移を見せて」「先月と比べてどうだった？」
• ラン記録と平均ペースの確認、投稿の体調メモを踏まえた相談

【書き込み（アプリで許可した場合のみ）】

• 「今日ベンチ100kgを4回×4セットやったから記録して」: 記録の追加・編集・削除、カスタム種目の作成
• 保存前に日付・種目・重量×回数×セットを表で見せて確認（下書き→確定の2段）
• 追加・編集と種目の作成は「取り消して」で戻せます。削除は戻せません
• 友だちへの通知は出ません

【安全性】

• 既定は読み取りのみ。アプリの「AI からの記録の追加・編集」をオンにした場合だけ書き込めます。オフにすると接続済みでも即座に書けなくなります。
• 読み取りツールは読み取り専用の注釈付き。書き込みは下書きと確定のツールに分け、確定ツールにはdestructiveの注釈付き。
• 読み書きできるのは本人の記録だけです（ユーザーID絞り込み＋行レベルセキュリティ）。
• 取り消しと不正防止のため、作成・変更・削除の内容・日時・接続元のAIを記録します。会話内容は取得しません。
• 認証はOAuth 2.1。パスワードはClaudeに渡りません。

FiTin is a workout and running log app. This connector lets Claude review your own records. If you allow it in the app, Claude can also add and edit records.

Read

• "Summarize my training this week", "Show my bench press progress"
• Run records and pace; advice using post notes

Write (only if you allow it in the app)

• "I did bench 100 kg, 4x4 today, log it": add, edit, delete records; create custom exercises
• Before saving, Claude shows date, exercises and weight x reps x sets in a table and asks you to confirm (draft, then confirm)
• Additions and edits can be undone by asking Claude. Deletion cannot
• Friends are not notified

Safety

• Read-only by default. Writing works only if you turn on "Let AI add and edit records" in the app; turning it off stops a connected Claude at once.
• Read tools are annotated read-only. Writes are split into draft and confirm tools; confirm tools are annotated destructive.
• Only your own records can be read or written (user ID filter plus row-level security).
• For undo and misuse prevention, we log the content, time and source AI of writes. Conversations are not collected.
• OAuth 2.1; your password is never shared with Claude.
