InputKit

InputKit helps teams collect feedback, run survey sequences, track NPS and CSAT, and manage customer experience across locations.

This connector links Claude to your InputKit account. Sign in with OAuth, approve access on InputKit’s consent screen, and use tools that match your permissions in the app.

Typical workflows:

• Company health: see sending activity, product usage, survey response rate, Google review signals, ROI, and what your plan includes
• Multiple companies: if you belong to more than one tenant, list your companies and choose which one this session uses
• Customers: create or update a customer record by email or phone
• Sendings: queue a single sequence invitation by email or SMS, subject to your account and channel settings
• Team: invite a colleague to your company when you have user-invite permission
• Google reviews: browse reviews and post replies when your role allows it
• Company profile: set your company sector when you have company settings access

You need an active InputKit user with access to at least one company. Read-only tools run with lighter prompts in Claude. Actions that change data ask for confirmation before they run.

The connector only accesses data and actions your InputKit user is already allowed to perform. It does not replace in-app controls or bypass your company’s permissions.
