Lawlens Search Engine

LawLens Search lets Claude search Indian case law and legislation indexed by LawLens and read the source text, with a link to each document on lawlens.in.

Claude can run simple keyword searches, or filtered searches by court, judge, case type, parties, date range, act and provision, citation and diary number, using all-words, any-words, phrase and proximity conditions. It can look up judgments by exact neutral citation, find the exact stored values for courts, judges, acts and provisions before filtering, and retrieve indexed text and metadata for any result.

Coverage includes the Supreme Court of India, High Courts and tribunals, and central legislation.

The connector is free, read-only and needs no sign-in. It doesn't access LawLens accounts, write data or call an AI model. Results show that a document is in the LawLens index; they don't verify that an authority is still good law, and fetched text may be an excerpt, so check the linked source.
