Mayple

Mayple runs international fulfilment for e-commerce brands: it stores their stock, ships their orders worldwide with DHL, FedEx, Emirates and other carriers, handles delivery problems and returns, and bills monthly. This connector lets a brand's team work that account from Claude in plain language.

Ask what needs attention today and Claude pulls held orders and why they're held, delivery exceptions, open customer issues, products about to sell out, restocks in transit and unpaid invoices. Look up any order by Shopify number, Mayple order name, customer email or tracking number and see its full tracking history, items and returns. Read customer-issue threads, check stock and forecast stock-outs, follow restocks into the warehouse, review invoices line by line, and get delivery performance and margins by country.

With the brand's go-ahead, Claude can also act as the Mayple portal does: reply to or raise customer issues, correct a delivery address before an order reaches the warehouse, choose who pays import duties, create or cancel return labels, and plan, update and submit restock shipments.

Each connection is scoped to one brand. Users sign in with their Mayple portal login and pick their brand, and every answer comes from that brand's data only. Brands can have Claude access switched off by their account manager, and removing someone from a brand cuts their access within a minute.
