MyFitnessCoach connects your fitness and nutrition data directly to Claude, so you can log food, check your progress, and review workouts just by asking.

What you can do:

• Log food — describe what you ate, including a specific time, and Claude estimates calories and macros and saves it to your diary.
• Check daily macros — see your total calories, protein, carbs, and fat logged for any day, combined across quick-add, barcode scans, recipes, and this connector.
• Review logged foods — see each individual item you've logged for a day, with its own calories and macros.
• Delete a logged entry — remove a food you logged through this connector by name.
• Get your workout — pull up your current plan's exercises, sets, reps, and completion status for any week and day, with estimated calories burned.
• Get your profile — check your age, weight, goals, fitness level, and calculated daily calorie/macro targets.

All data is scoped to your own MyFitnessCoach account via secure OAuth login — Claude only sees what you've authorized.
