- See your pipeline, find a loan by borrower, address or loan number, and open its details.
- Check the processing checklist, Addy's income, credit and asset findings, underwriting review and lender guidelines.
- See which documents are missing and request them from the borrower by email, text message or both. Every request shows a review card first, and nothing is sent until you send it from the card.
- Follow up on requests: what the borrower uploaded, what is still outstanding, whether the text was delivered and when the borrower opened the request in the Addy portal.
- Turn a prequalification conversation into a borrower record and loan file, after you review them.
Addy only shows loans your Addy account can access. The first time you connect, you confirm your Addy account and organization.
