Anthill lets you run your company's day-to-day administration in plain language. Ask for a quote, an invoice or a stock count and Anthill records the corresponding business document — quotes, invoices, payments, expenses, stock — in your company's own ERP system, with an audit trail for every action.

Anthill is bookkeeping, not banking: it does not move money, execute transfers or charge anyone. "Registering a payment" writes an accounting entry in your own ERP. Prices are never invented — they come from you or your product catalog — and every action with real impact requires your explicit confirmation of a preview.

Anthill handles ordinary business records only: company names, business contact details and the business tax registration numbers legally required on invoices. It never asks for or stores payment card data, bank account numbers, personal government identifiers, or health or biometric information.
