Automatika Connect

Automatika Connect helps authenticated vending operators analyze their authorized fleet and manage kiosk screen-layout drafts. Review stored machine health, sales and product performance, customer-session outcomes, stockouts, refills, alarms, reliability, system vitals, and logs. Rank issues and plan manual follow-up from ingested telemetry. With screen-builder permissions, inspect, create, edit, and preview private templates; assignment, publication, and rollback use guarded workflows and deployment status distinguishes queued changes from kiosk-reported application. Access follows the signed-in user's machine scope and data permissions. The app cannot restart machines, change prices or inventory, issue refunds, create tickets, send emails, schedule visits, or locate public vending machines for consumers. Telemetry date filters use Europe/Rome calendar days and money uses the units reported by each tool.
