B2B.nu connects ChatGPT to the user’s Swedish ERP company. The app provides financial reports, customer and supplier data, CRM and quote details, products, personal tasks, time and projects. Available tools are filtered by company rollout stage, current user permissions and explicitly granted OAuth scopes. Existing connections do not automatically receive new write permissions.

New workflows create an exact preview and require the user to click the embedded approval button before changing records, sending invoices or quotes, or posting uploaded receipts and supplier invoices. Approvals expire after ten minutes and are bound to user, company, connection and record version. Outbound messages use email or configured Peppol/Maventa without automatic email fallback. Uploaded PDFs and images are limited to 10 MB and use the company’s existing OCR settings; originals are retained and linked to the resulting records. Duplicate detection, period locks and cash/accrual accounting rules apply.

Invoice line editing is limited to ordinary SEK drafts; quote conversion requires an accepted SEK quote linked to a domestic invoicing customer. CRM creation does not run CRM automations. The app never transfers money or deletes business records. Legacy core write tools retain their existing client-confirmation flow. New tools are activated in five stages per company.
