Breezy HR is an applicant tracking system for small and midsize businesses. With the Breezy HR plugin, you can describe a role in plain language and get an editable job post with a title, description, location, employment type and pay range. You can draft a job without a Breezy account. When you're ready to post it, you sign in to Breezy HR or create an account, choose a company if you belong to more than one, and the job goes live on your careers page.
Once you're signed in, you can also work with the hiring pipeline you already have in Breezy HR: list your open jobs, see the candidates for a job with their stage and team score, open a candidate's profile, compare candidates side by side, move a candidate to another pipeline stage, add notes and turn on AI candidate scoring for a job when your account includes it.
The plugin only accesses the companies, jobs and candidates your Breezy HR account can see, and it uses the same permissions you have in Breezy HR. Jobs posted from ChatGPT are reviewed by Breezy before they're sent to job boards. The plugin doesn't delete candidates, jobs or companies.
