BubblaV is an AI chatbot for businesses. It answers your customers' questions 24/7 with what you teach it, and hands chats to your team when needed.
With this app you manage your BubblaV chatbot from ChatGPT:
- Check performance: conversations, resolution rate, ratings and response times for any date range.
- Find gaps: see the questions your chatbot could not answer and the questions people ask most.
- Teach your chatbot: add or remove knowledge, upload documents, and add pages to crawl.
- Review conversations: read what visitors asked and how the chatbot replied.
- Configure: update chatbot instructions, widget appearance, forms and custom tools.
No website? You can still use BubblaV. When you connect, choose "I don't have a website", add some text or a file, and get a chat link to share in your bio, on WhatsApp or by email.
Requirements: a BubblaV account. When you connect, you sign in to BubblaV and choose one chatbot. ChatGPT can only access that chatbot.
Privacy and limits: ChatGPT never receives visitor email addresses, phone numbers, captured leads, API keys or secrets. It cannot create or edit automation flows. Use the BubblaV dashboard for these.
