CitedEvidence is a research assistant for students, researchers and academic writers. It connects ChatGPT and Codex to CitedEvidence Scholar, a database of over 250 million scholarly works, and to your CitedEvidence account, so answers rest on papers that exist.
- Find real papers on any topic, follow which papers cite which, and look up researchers.
- Check reference lists: each entry is matched by DOI, title, year and author and marked verified, wrong or not found.
- Format references in APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, IEEE, Vancouver, AMA or Nature style, with BibTeX.
- Save papers to your CitedEvidence Library, with the full text when it is openly available.
- Start a cited Deep Research report or a specialist manuscript review and follow its progress in the chat.
Requires a CitedEvidence account; you sign in the first time you use it. Coverage follows CitedEvidence Scholar, so very new papers and some conference proceedings may be missing.
