Cooper Email

Cooper Email gives ChatGPT its own real email address. Connect, sign in on Cooper's OAuth screen (create an inbox or link an existing key), and ChatGPT can create inboxes at username@cooperemail.com or on your own domain, send, reply, and forward mail, and search every message on the account, without a dashboard or curl.

What you can do:

• Inboxes: create one per agent, project, or workflow (single, batch, or expiring); pause, resume, rename, or delete them.
• Send and reply: plain text or HTML with attachments, reply or reply-all in the same thread, forward. Retries with the same client_id or idempotency_key never send twice.
• Drafts and approval: save drafts, schedule a send for later, or put an inbox in approval mode so a verified human owner approves each send by email.
• Read and search: list unread mail, open a message or a whole thread, full-text search, read attachment text (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV), labels and mark-read, and wait up to 25 seconds for a reply or a verification code.
• Human in the loop: register a human owner (confirmed by email). The assistant emails progress, done, needs-input, or error updates; your email reply comes back as a task. Replies count only when DMARC passes, or DKIM passes and aligns.
• Safety: inbound screening labels or holds suspicious mail, allow and block lists, bounce and complaint suppression. Email content is treated as untrusted data.
• Webhooks: signed webhooks for received, sent, and held mail, with a test send and delivery log.
• Teams: sub-accounts (workspaces) with their own quota, and scoped API keys.
