FormEdge is a no-code form and one-page website builder for small businesses. This app lets you use it from ChatGPT.

Describe what you need — an inquiry form, a job application, an event sign-up, a landing page for a campaign or a simple homepage — and FormEdge creates it as a draft, gives you a preview link, and publishes it on your own FormEdge URL when you say so. Published forms are protected against spam, and published pages are live on the web with no hosting to set up.

What you can do from ChatGPT:

• Forms: create forms with text, email, phone, address, date, choice and file upload fields, set required fields, add a completion message and an automatic reply email, control the acceptance period and the number of responses, turn on duplicate-submission checks and AI screening, duplicate an existing form, and publish or unpublish.
• Payments: add a payment step to a form so that respondents pay by card through Stripe right after they submit — event fees, trial lessons, booking deposits — with a fixed price per form and an optional quantity. The payment happens on the public FormEdge form, not inside ChatGPT.
• Submissions: list and read responses, download them as CSV and check attached files.
• Notifications: send new responses to email, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, LINE or a webhook.
• Landing pages and websites: start from templates for events, inquiries and business one-pagers, edit the text and images, place your form on the page, duplicate a page, and publish. Saved versions let you go back to an earlier page.
• Workspace: custom domains, the public subdomain, branding, the language and time zone used for emails, members and invitations, and storage usage.

Who it is for: shop owners, freelancers, clinics, schools, event organizers and small teams who want a form or a page online today without a web developer.

Sign in with your FormEdge account (OAuth 2.1). The permissions ChatGPT gets follow your role in the workspace; if you belong to several workspaces you choose which one to connect. You can narrow the permissions or disconnect at any time from "External app connections" in the account menu of the FormEdge dashboard, and you can also disconnect by asking ChatGPT.
