Create images, standard and omni-reference videos, edits, reusable Elements, and motion-controlled videos through the official Global Kling CLI 0.2.1. Use live account models and parameters, direct conversation attachments with CLI auto-upload, credit checks, single submissions, task polling, and result links. This Skills-only plugin requires local shell access and Node.js 18+. Codex runs the pinned CLI and starts browser OAuth when needed; the user completes consent. It registers no host MCP server or ChatGPT app and does not require an MCP widget.
