Lemma Telepath

Lemma Telepath connects your Telegram to ChatGPT through the official Telegram Business API, so your assistant can work with the conversations you already have — without MTProto user sessions or scraping.

Ask ChatGPT to summarize a thread, find where a price or deadline was agreed, search messages from weeks ago, inspect PDFs, spreadsheets, screenshots and photos people sent you, transcribe voice and round-video messages, or draft and send a reply.

To start, open Telegram → Settings → My Account → Chat automation and add @lemma_telepath_bot. If Chat automation is not available there, use Telegram → Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots instead. You can choose which conversations to exclude from the bot’s access. Telegram Premium is not required.

Telepath starts archiving new messages from the conversations it can access so they become searchable from ChatGPT. Older Telegram history can also be imported.

You stay in control of what Telepath can access and do. From @lemma_telepath_bot you can check connection status, enable or disable capabilities, manage transcription and other optional features, connect your own bot, or delete your stored data. Removing Telepath from Telegram’s Chat automation or Chatbots settings immediately stops new messages from being archived.

Telegram limits connected business bots to sending or editing messages in private chats that received an incoming message within the previous 24 hours.

Your data is isolated: each Telepath account has its own separate database. Storage is encrypted at rest, sensitive credentials are protected separately, and your data is not sold or used to train models. The /deletedata command permanently removes your Telepath archive.
