Magento AI Operator
ChatGPT pluginRun Magento, undo any change
Magento AI Operator connects ChatGPT to a merchant's own Magento 2.4 store through Towering Media's hosted Operator gateway.
Ask in plain language for sales summaries, year-over-year comparisons and trends, slow movers, low stock and days of cover, catalog and category search, current prices, and product SEO metadata — read straight from that store's Magento database.
When you want a change — a base, special, or tier price, product details, images, new simple/configurable/bundle/grouped products, related/upsell links, or SEO metadata — ChatGPT tells you what it is about to change, applies it in Magento right away, and shows the old and new values. Every change is recorded in Magento's Operator ledger with before/after values, actor, and time, and can be undone from ChatGPT ("undo that") or from Magento admin (Rollback).
Requirements: a Magento 2.4 store with the Towering Media AI Operator module installed and paired by the store's developer (pairing happens in Magento admin, never in ChatGPT), and ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. No OpenAI API keys are entered into Magento.
Not included: refunds, customer email, accounting, raw SQL, cache flush/deploy.
