Ask for one, such as "plan a website launch for next month", and ChatGPT builds it in Onplana as a real project: phases, tasks and subtasks with start and due dates, and risks. The plan shows as a Gantt chart in the chat. ChatGPT can then link tasks as dependencies, add milestones and assign the work.

Can ChatGPT tell me what is overdue? Yes. Ask what is overdue across your projects, what is on your plate this week, or for a status summary of a project, and the answer comes from your Onplana workspace.

Can ChatGPT update my tasks? Yes. Add tasks, change dates and status, assign work, log issues and risks, and comment. Changes are saved in Onplana, so what you agree in chat is what your team sees.

How do I connect it? Add Onplana from the ChatGPT directory and sign in with your Onplana account. The connector works with the projects you own or belong to, under your Onplana role and permissions. Deleted tasks and projects go to the recycle bin, and an administrator can turn deletes off.
