Work with your proposals and client workflow in Propovo from ChatGPT. Find documents, read saved content and variables, create private drafts, update template values in place, remove unwanted sections and undo connector edits without overwriting newer work.

Approve broader workspace permissions to use the same action registry as native Propovo chat: documents, rooms, contacts, deals, services, library, analytics, settings, contracts and follow-ups. Changes are prepared as exact saved reviews before execution. Publication, email, invitations, access changes, deletion and metered AI actions require the consequential-actions permission and an explicit review. Your existing role, document access, plan, revisions and delivery prerequisites still apply.

Connect one workspace. Existing connections keep their original permissions until you reauthorize. Supplied-content draft saves do not use Propovo AI credits; native metered generation uses your allowance. Billing, account deletion, secure provider sign-in and file selection continue in Propovo. Recipient signatures, acceptance and payment outcomes cannot be fabricated. Cross-workspace operations require separate destination authorization.

Imported private context expires after seven days. Saved drafts remain in your library. Revoke access in Propovo Settings → Integrations.
