Runa brings your meetings into ChatGPT. Search across your meetings, notes, and documents in Runa; open any meeting’s summary, key takeaways, action items, and full transcript; see what was decided and who committed to what; look up the people and companies you meet with; and prepare for what’s next from Runa’s synced calendar. Runa can also read live, read-only data from the apps you’ve connected to Runa: HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Slack, Linear, Notion, and Basecamp.
New to Runa? Signing in with Google or Microsoft creates your account. Runa records meetings with its desktop app; once a meeting is recorded, you can ask about it here.
In ChatGPT, Runa is read-only: it can’t record or join meetings, send messages, or change anything in Runa or your connected apps. Results are limited to what you can already see in Runa and to your workspace’s external-AI policy, and you can disconnect at any time in Runa under Settings → Connectors. Upcoming meetings reflect Runa’s latest desktop sync and may not be live.
