skima

skima helps users create one- or two-storey schematic architectural plan alternatives and build or iteratively refine a complete building exterior from a reference image. It stores work in new private skima projects, uses native slabs, walls, facade systems, openings, structure, stairs, roofs, and materials where supported, and preserves unsupported details as reviewable provisional geometry. Users can compare plan alternatives, inspect fixed 2D and 3D observations, patch visible differences, and retrieve authenticated project links. Results are early-stage design studies and require further architectural, structural, and regulatory review. Building-reference images guide the visible exterior; interior layouts and hidden construction inferred from a photograph are design assumptions. Modeling follows supported construction stages, and schematic drawings are generated from the stored model. Available drawings and exports depend on the result and are confirmed in the authenticated skima viewer. A saved model or successful projection alone is not a claim of visual fidelity or completed architectural design.
