Create social content and manage publishing from your Sync Socials workspace. Use Viral Machine to turn a business website or brief into campaign concepts, hooks, captions, and hashtags. Produce vertical videos with text and music from approved concepts, or remix your uploaded brand footage. Save work as drafts and review it before publishing.
Browse your media library, import images and videos from HTTPS links, choose connected accounts, schedule posts, and publish on request. View your publishing queue, edit drafts, reschedule posts, and cancel posts before they go out.
Supported destinations include Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts linked to a Facebook Page, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn personal profiles, X, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, and Slack. Threads is available in workspaces where Threads access is enabled. Connect social accounts in Sync Socials; connecting ChatGPT does not connect them. For Meta, use a Facebook login that can manage the Page and grant the requested permissions. Each platform's content, privacy, and disclosure requirements apply.
X publishing is available to eligible workspaces after connecting an X account in Sync Socials. It supports standard text posts, up to four photos, or one video, and has a separate shared allowance: up to 50 publishing attempts per UTC month, including 3 link posts, with daily and per-account limits. Check X eligibility and remaining allowance before publishing.
A Sync Socials account is required, and the workspace owner approves the connection. Every workspace can connect social accounts, upload media, and save drafts. Scheduling, publishing, Viral Machine concepts, and video production depend on the workspace's access level, which is checked before acting. Some generation features also require an AI provider configured in your workspace and use its allowance. You can disconnect ChatGPT in Settings. Content performance and engagement vary.
