Read, answer and organize your team's shared email from ChatGPT.

Trupeo is a shared inbox for small teams who answer one email address together: associations, schools, works councils (CSE), small businesses, strata committees and HOA boards. Several people answer contact@, info@ or the committee's address without stepping on each other. This app lets ChatGPT work in those shared mailboxes with your own Trupeo account and your own rights, nothing more.

Ask ChatGPT to summarize what is waiting, find an email, draft and send a reply, forward a conversation, assign a conversation to a member of your team, mark it done, add a team note, or file it in a folder, a label or a scope. ChatGPT can also manage the shared address book and its contact groups, and write to a whole group at once (in Bcc by default). Mailbox owners can also manage members, invitations, scopes and the shared signature.

ChatGPT sees exactly what you see: the mailboxes you belong to and, inside each one, the conversations your scopes allow. Reading a conversation from ChatGPT does not mark it as read for your team. Sending, deleting, inviting, removing someone or changing a role always asks you to confirm first.

Works with Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and any IMAP mailbox connected to Trupeo. Priced per connected mailbox, not per person. You can remove ChatGPT's access at any time from the Assistants page of your Trupeo account settings.
