Solk is a sales CRM for B2B field sales teams: companies, contacts, calls and visits, a staged opportunity pipeline, tasks, calendar, synced e-mail, forecasts, lists, reports and team whiteboards (canvases). Every organization has its own workspace at https://<company>.solk.app.

With the Solk connector, Claude works inside your workspace as you, with your role, module access and record visibility. Ask Claude to:

  • Find any company, contact, opportunity or fair lead by name, city, phone, e-mail or record ID
  • Plan your day: today's meetings, overdue and upcoming actions, visits that are due
  • Review the pipeline by stage, value, health and closing date, see what blocks the next stage, and run reports
  • Prepare for a meeting with the company card, opportunity history, e-mail threads, team comments and related companies
  • Log a call or visit with its next action, create companies, contacts, opportunities and tasks, add notes and comments, complete actions and move opportunities between stages
  • Add companies to a target list, read an account-plan whiteboard or create a stakeholder map

Ready-made prompts (account brief, meeting prep, deal review, weekly pipeline, follow-up e-mail draft and more) appear in Claude's prompt menu, and record summaries are available as resources.

Write actions follow the same business rules as the Solk web app (pipeline gates, required steps, record ownership) and are recorded in the audit log. Tools that change existing data ask for your approval every time. The connector cannot delete CRM records, send e-mail or make bulk changes; workspace admins can make it read-only or turn it off.

To connect, add Solk in Claude, enter your workspace URL (https://<company>.solk.app/mcp), sign in to Solk and approve access. You can revoke access any time under Settings > App connections. Workspace data is usually in Turkish; Claude answers in your language.

Solk acts as the signed-in Solk user, with that user's role, module access and record visibility. It can read companies, contacts, opportunities, actions and tasks, calendar entries, synced e-mail threads, notes, comments, lists, reports and whiteboards. With write permission it can create companies, contacts, opportunities, tasks, notes, comments and whiteboards, and update existing records (company fields, opportunity stage, completing actions, logging calls and visits, list entries, relationships, whiteboards). Claude asks for approval before every change to existing data. It cannot delete companies, contacts or opportunities, send e-mail, make payments or change users and settings. Workspace admins can make the connector read-only or turn it off, and every user can revoke access under Settings > App connections.
