Triathlon Pace connects Claude to your Triathlon Pace account, the race planner for Ironman, 70.3, Challenge and T100 triathletes.
Ask Claude to find races across 180+ triathlons by region, distance, month and course profile, with elevation, swim type and typical race-day conditions. Start a free training plan for your race date, see what to train today or this week, and tick sessions off as you go; the same progress shows on triathlonpace.com. Update your FTP, swim and run paces and pacing settings, and build a race fuel plan from label-verified products with servings per leg and a pack list.
Eligible accounts can also use Adaptive Training (a plan that adapts every week, with workout files for Garmin and Zwift), plan their season with A, B and C races, work through the race-week checklist, and, for coaches, manage their athletes' race plans.
Claude only sees what Triathlon Pace calculates: plans, sessions, thresholds and fuel targets. It never receives individual activities, GPS routes or per-activity heart-rate data, and it cannot change your email, password or subscription, or delete your account.
