TriDot builds every athlete's plan with FitLogic, our training engine. This connector doesn't change that plan — it reads what FitLogic produced and lets Claude explain it: what's on tomorrow's schedule and why, how yesterday's session compared to what was prescribed, what your Dot scores and training load have done over a season, where your Fitness & Readiness is heading into race week.

Twenty read-only tools cover the plan, completed sessions and their sensor traces, weekly training load, Dot scores, training zones and thresholds, scheduled races, race predictions and pacing, calendar notes, and TriDot's own published training methodology.

Coaches get their assigned roster on top of their own data, and three tools that write: post a comment on an athlete's session, create a calendar note, or send a feature request to our team. Claude asks before running any of them.

Athletes see their own data only. Coaches see the athletes assigned to them in TriDot. Every request is checked against that assignment on our side, before any data is read — never by the AI.
