Connect your version 2.0 Premium account to let Claude read the wellness data the V2 app has synced: daily recovery, effort and sleep scores with their measured details, your workouts, your profile and goal, and your V2 progress (level, XP, streak). Ask Claude to compare your last week of sleep and recovery, explain a hard training day, or review your most recent workout.
With a separate permission, unticked by default, Claude can also log the workouts you describe into your private V2 journal, correct them, or remove them after you confirm. Workouts measured by a watch, Strava or the app are never modified.
You choose which categories to share at sign-in and can disconnect at any time from the V2 app or usev2.xyz/connect. Only your own account is accessible. GPS routes, private notes, payment details and Strava API data are never shared. V2 scores are wellness indicators, not medical diagnoses.
