VortexIQ is an AI operating system for ecommerce. This connector gives Claude read-only access to the signed-in user's VortexIQ workspace, so you can ask about your store's health and pull your data without leaving the chat.
Ask Claude to:
- Pull store KPIs and trends (orders, sales, AOV, refunds) for BigCommerce, Shopify and more, across today / 7 / 30 / 90 days
- List and read Store Audit findings and health scores, and the Kanban health-fix backlog
- Review active Nerve Centre alerts and a 24-hour incident summary
- Look up Brand DNA voice and tone profiles while drafting content
- List generated reports, Vortex Memory files, and Ask VIQ conversation history
