wals.pro AI 4 weclapp connects Claude to your own weclapp tenant. Search ERP records, ask for reports and prepare changes directly in chat.

Typical workflows:

  • Reports: revenue, open items, order counts and stock.
  • Sales: customers, quotations, orders and invoices.
  • Purchasing: replenishment proposals, purchase orders and goods receipts.
  • Master data: articles, customers and suppliers.
  • Support: tickets, tasks, comments and time records.
  • Development: inspect the weclapp schema and available actions.

Reads return data within your permissions. Before any change, including deletion, Claude must show you the complete preview and obtain your explicit confirmation. Execution uses a short-lived, single-use approval bound to that exact action and payload. A preview token is not your consent. Roles, per-user policies and OAuth scopes restrict access. One connection = one tenant.

The connector does not collect your conversation history. A support submission or feedback report requires a separate preview and your explicit consent; supported personal-data patterns and secrets are redacted before preview. Review the remaining text before confirming.

Requirements: a weclapp tenant with API access and an account on https://ai.wals.pro. Your administrator connects your own weclapp API credentials; users authorise through OAuth. Open Beta is free until 31 December 2026. The service runs in the EU; your AI provider processes returned data under your own agreement. Access to records in your own weclapp tenant is limited by your wals.pro AI role, per-user policy and OAuth scopes, and the permissions of the connected weclapp API user. Reads return permitted data. Creating, updating, deleting records and workflow actions require a complete preview and your explicit confirmation before execution with a single-use, payload-bound approval. A preview token alone is not consent. Support submissions also require a separate preview and consent; conversation history is not automatically collected.
