Mamori Foods

Mamori is a food and nutrition app that tells you which products suit your diet, allergies and health goals. This connector lets Claude work with your own Mamori account, doing what you could do in the app yourself.

Food diary and nutrition

• See any day's diary against your calorie and macro goals
• Log food by grams or household portions, log quick calories and water
• Change or remove diary entries, and see nutrition trends over time

Meals and recipes

• Turn a description or a recipe link into a meal draft, then save it to My Meals
• See, change and delete your saved meals

Shopping lists

• Create, rename, copy and delete lists; add, edit, tick and remove items
• Add a recipe's ingredients to a list in one step
• Share a list by email, see who it's shared with, accept invitations

Products and profile

• Check a product and get Mamori's verdict for your profile
• Search foods, manage favourites and saved products
• See and update your goals, body details, diets, allergies and ingredients to avoid

What you need: a free Mamori account (iOS, Android or www.mamorifoods.com). You sign in with your Mamori login and approve the connection. You can remove it any time in Mamori under Settings → Connected apps.

The connector can't delete your account, change your sign-in details, upload photos or reach admin screens. Mamori's product verdicts help you choose; they aren't medical advice, so always check the label.
