Incarna is the execution layer for AI-designed training and nutrition. Ask Claude to build a workout (exercises, sets, supersets, rest) or a multi-week program, and it writes straight into your Incarna account through this connector. Run it for real in the Incarna app: a running timer, sets to check off, loads and pace logged. Next time you talk to Claude, it reads the history back (RPE, completed vs skipped sets, your notes) and adjusts the next session. Claude can also read and set your daily nutrition target and log meals on your behalf, and — if you coach other people on Incarna — read and write a linked client's workouts, programs, and (on a Coach plan) nutrition, always re-checking that the coaching link is actually accepted before touching anything. Workout and program tools are free for every account; nutrition tools need a Plus or Coach subscription after a 15-day free trial. No payment happens through this connector — only inside the Incarna app itself.
