Nutrition is a personal food diary you keep in conversation. Tell Claude what you ate, share a photo of your plate, or send a barcode, and it logs calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, added sugar and caffeine. Alcohol tracking is opt-in.

Key features:

• Log meals, water, body weight and body measurements (waist, hips, chest, arms and more, in cm or inches), and edit or delete any entry
• Saved meals: keep a meal you eat often under a name, with its ingredients, and log it again later — scaled by servings, or with single ingredients changed or left out
• Barcode lookup for packaged foods (Open Food Facts)
• Trends by day, week or month, a smoothed weight trend, and a record of how your goals changed over time
• Weight trends in kg or lb
• Search past meals to relog something you've eaten before
• Import history from MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Lose It! or MacroFactor. The file is parsed in your browser, so the rows never pass through the model
• Export everything as a ZIP of CSV files, and delete your account at any time
• Uses your timezone; the in-chat charts are available in 9 languages
