Read and compare the facts, reasoning and outcomes of decisions alongside the relevant legislation. Research GİB private rulings as administrative tax interpretations tied to their facts and period.

Mütalaa provides legal information and source research; legal representation, submitting applications and access to private UYAP files are outside its scope. Foreign-law-only research and searches of regional criminal appellate or regional administrative courts are outside this release. Coverage depends on the available sources; exhaustive coverage, historical versions and instant updates are not guaranteed.
