Maximos
ChatGPT pluginOrthodox counsel and catechism
Maximos offers Orthodox Christian spiritual counsel and catechesis grounded in Scripture, the Fathers, councils, liturgy, and the received Orthodox tradition. Explore thoughts, passions, repentance, prayer, virtue, relationships, doctrine, and Church history. Its read-only source tools search a bounded corpus and retrieve passages with citation metadata. The two skills distinguish exact quotations, paraphrases, secondary-source reports, and interpretation. Sources and AI answers can contain errors; verify important claims and consult your priest for personal spiritual questions. Maximos provides patristic pastoral counsel and spiritual healing; it is not clinical psychotherapy, diagnosis, or licensed mental-health treatment.
