Registercheck brings the German commercial register (Handelsregister) into ChatGPT. Find a German company by its name or by its register court and number, and read what the register says about it: legal form, registered address, share capital, business purpose, managing directors and other officers, the shareholders on the latest shareholder list, the history of register entries, and which register documents are on file.
With your Registercheck account you can also monitor companies for register changes and read the alerts your monitors raised.
Who it is for: compliance and KYC teams, lawyers, sales and procurement teams, investors and journalists who need facts about German companies from the register.
How it works: sign in with your Registercheck account. Answers come from Registercheck's copy of the register and carry the date of the last register entry they are based on. People appear only in the context of a company, with name, city and birth year.
Limitations: covers companies registered in Germany only. It does not search for private persons, does not file or change register entries, and does not return the content of register documents.
