Sigwren

Sigwren is a coaching platform for trail and ultra runners. This connector lets your assistant answer from Sigwren's own numbers instead of guessing.

Athletes: sign in with your Sigwren account and ask about your training schedule and sessions, your readiness (in words, such as "Good to Go"), your fitness, fatigue and training load, your completed activities, your races and race plans, your training zones, and which watches you have connected. In Claude it also reads your health readings — heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep — each against your own usual range. The connector only reads; it never changes anything in Sigwren, and an athlete's assistant never receives their name, email or contact details.

Coaches: your assistant works with your own Sigwren permissions. It can list the athletes you coach (with their names and emails, so it can tell who a message came from), read their training and race plans, file your private notes on an athlete (meeting summaries, emails) and record race results. Each write asks you first.

Anyone, without an account: search Sigwren's race catalogue, read what a course demands climb by climb, get a finish-time range from a recent race with how sure it is, build a race-day plan with pace per leg and fuel per hour, or get a single run or strength session in the Mindful Runner Way.

You approve every connection on Sigwren's own consent page and can disconnect any time in Settings → AI assistants.
