Torevo

Torevo is a strength-training log for iPhone and Android. Connect it to let the assistant read your logged workouts (exercises, sets, weight × reps), body measurements (weight, body fat and more) and meals (calories and macros), so it can review your progress, plan your next session or check your nutrition. The assistant can also propose a meal to log. A proposal is never saved directly: it waits in the Torevo app until you confirm it there. The assistant sees only the numbers and names in your logs; photos are never shared. You can see every connected assistant in the app and disconnect any of them at any time.
